How can I buy telephone recording equipment online
Payment of on-line orders
You can order just about all of our phone recorders,
answering machines, answerphones, telephone taps, digital
dictating equipment, phone recording equipment on-line
by clicking on the "buy now" button on each
product page. You will be taken to a shopping basket
screen where you can pay by credit card. For every order
a VAT invoice will be sent out by separate post automatically.
We do not accept American Express cards. Unfortunatly
we can only accept online orders for the UK and Northern
Ireland. If you wish to order from outside of these
areas please call us directly
Delivery charges and delivery times
All UK mainland shipments attract a £8.95 (+VAT)
shipping charge. If your delivery address is outside
of the UK there will be a £35.00 delivery charge.
Under our secure online order section there is the option
to select the correct delivery charge. We do check all
orders before despatch so should you forget to select
the correct charge or select the wrong one then we will
ensure that the correct charge is made. We aim to despatch
all orders on the same day that they are placed (working
days only). Delivery is usually received within 3 working
days (UK only).
Paying on account
We no longer offer the oportunity to pay for on-line
orders by invoice.
If you wish to pay on invoice you need to set up an
account with Retell first (you can download the account
application form from the open
an account page) and order from Retell directly
on 01932 730890.
This alternative normally suits PLCs, Government departments
etc.
A note about the look and feel of the buying screens
Whilst we have written all of the pages of our site
ourselves in html, note that when you click on a "buy
now" button you will be taken to a secure server
for the shopping basket and the encryption of your credit
card details. This is why "look and feel"
will change as you go into and out of the shopping basket.
